• Assist in obtaining any necessary licenses and customs clearances for shipments to and from Greece of all Products to be delivered under the contract including the preparation of all documents necessary therefore.
    • Assist in trouble-shooting and liaison in the event of damaged or missing items.
    • Assist as requested to witness Hellenic Government inspection and acceptance, if any, of products.
    • Assist in arranging transportation of products in Greece.
    • Assist with receipt of the Products in Greece, if requested.
    • Assist with any post shipment testing in Greece.
    • Travel to annually to assist the Company and participate in program reviews if required by.
    • Coordinate engineering and maintenance assistance.
    • Provide formal reports on the quality of Products received and specific technical information on any problems encountered by the Hellenic Government.
    • Travel to consult, advise or render assistance or services as may be required inside and outside of Greece.

    • Assist in distributing maintenance information to the Hellenic Government as provided by.
    • Assistance during the warranty period.
    • Assist in obtaining licenses and customs clearance associated with export and re-importation of warranty items(s).
    • Assist in facilitating all warranty claims and requests for repairs and overhaul services, damaged and missing items.
    • Expedite warranty claims and parts shipments.
    • Coordinate, process and expedite the return of any parts and components to Greece through Greek customs.

    • Provide operational progress and status reports on the Ministry of Defense Products when required by
