CAVO FRAGIAS MYKONOS  WELLNESS RESORT AND VILLAS

The “Cavo Fragias Mykonos Wellness Resort and Villas” property is one of the best located, most  prestigious vacation properties in Greece. It is located in the Southeastern end of a  peninsula in the island of Mykonos. It is a 25 minutes drive from Mykonos town, 2.5  hours speed-ferry cruise from Rafina port or 20 minutes flight from Athens.

It is one of the few properties in Mykonos that combine size, accessibility to turquoise  waters and absolute privacy with proximity to exciting restaurants and nightlife. Its  location provides protection from almost every weather conditions.

The total surface of the plot is approximately 240.000 square meters.

“Cavo Fragias Mykonos Wellness Resort and Villas” will be developed as a premier master- planned, leisure – integrated resort.

Plans include the development of:

  • 15 villas of a total built surface of approximately 3,300 m2
  • A superb all-suite hotel of a total built surface of approximately 7,700 m2 (exclusive suites plus shared uses – restaurants, bars etc).
  • A SPA.
  • An upper quality cocktail beach club, a sophisticated restaurant and a wooden pier.
  • Sporting facilities.
  • A fifteen-berths capacity marina with onshore facilities.
  • Staff houses, warehouses, utilities buildings.

All of the above will be combined with natural beauty, crystal waters, privacy, get-  away feeling and state of the art services.

KALAFATIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Kalafatis Boutique Hotel will be built on a total area of approximately 50.000 m2  comprising of two plots of 35.000 m2 (site A) and 15.000 m2 (site B) respectively,  both located in Kalafatis area with an easy access to the main town through the  local road system.

Site A is flat and has a close proximity to a sandy beach of 300 m long that faces  its southern border separated only by the road.

Site B has very mild slope (up to 15%) toward the sea which is located  approximately 200 m. to the south.

The Project is fully financed and currently under development.

BAOS PRIVATE BEACH CLUB

An exclusive beach club and wellness retreat on a unique property!

The total surface of the island is almost 80.000 square meters.
